Adam joined Cleveland Financial Group as a Partner in 2014, bringing over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 2000 after attending Cleveland State University, initially serving as a Pension Administrator at CBS-Noble Consulting. In that role, he helped small business owners design and manage retirement plans tailored to their unique needs.
Driven by a passion for more personalized financial guidance, Adam transitioned to individual and household financial planning in 2006. His focus includes comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and wealth accumulation strategies, along with risk management through life, disability income, and long-term care insurance.
Adam partnered with fellow advisor David Hensel beginning in 2006, and the two officially merged their practices in 2012. Their collaborative approach strengthened the value they delivered to clients through expanded capacity and a team-based planning model. David retired in 2024, and Adam continues to serve their shared clients with the same care, continuity, and strategic insight they’ve come to expect.
Adam lives in Avon Lake, Ohio with his wife, Sara, and their three children—Grace, Bennett, and Alina. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, running, and spending quality time with his family. He values being part of the Cleveland Financial Group team, where he can help clients thoughtfully plan for and pursue their financial goals with confidence.
